My client on-boarding process

My process for smoothly getting you on-board the design train.

1.Enquiry Form

Hello… is it me you’re looking for? Head over to the “Contact” page on my website to fill out the enquiry form.

2. Discovery Call

Here we dig down fully into your project requirements. We will cover things like:

  • Your business background

  • Project details

  • What an ideal outcome would look like on this project for you

  • Exact collateral required

  • My process and what to expect

  • A general idea of pricing

3. Project Proposal

I’ll present to you my suggested design solution in one easily digestible PDF package. This includes:

  • A summary of project objectives

  • All project stages clearly outlined

  • Full list of deliverables

  • Project timeline

  • Total project investment

  • FAQs answered

4. Contract + Deposit

My contract covers loads of important stuff, but it’s a bit of a snooze-fest, to be honest.

You probably won’t even fully read it (who does?). One thing I will say is that it’s designed to protect both myself as the supplier AND you as the client.

Similar to the deposit. On my end, the deposit ensures your project start date is set in my diary. On yours the deposit acts as a commitment – it say’s you’re fully ready to collaborate with me in creating something that will massively benefit your biz.

5. Client Portal

I’ve jumped on the Notion bandwagon, yay!

At this stage I’ll send you an invite to login to your own client portal, which is hosted on the project management site “Notion”.

Here is where we’ll keep everything relating to your project in one easily accessible place.
