My branding process

Something you ought to know about me is: I love a process.

I like to break each stage down so you know what’s happening and when, and how it will benefit your business.

This way we come up with a brand that’s gonna add actual value and connect with the right people - instead of one that just looks pretty.

Step One: Intensive Questionnaire

My questionnaire goes deep into your business, to ensure that whatever I design will support your overall goals.

Questions include but are not limited to:

  • Overall objectives of the branding project

  • Who your target audience and market is

  • What your business values are

  • Your unique selling point

Step Two: Strategy

Based off of your anwers to the questionnaire, I then go away and put a brand strategy document together that summarises:

  • Your full brand persona

  • Vision + mission statements

  • Tagline

  • Suggested messaging

Step Three: Moodboards

Here is where the fun starts!

Based off of your answers and feedback on the suggested strategy, I’ll put together two moodboard directions for you to choose from.

Your choice between these will then go onto inform the creative direction of your branding.

Step Four: Creative Work

I’ll then go away for 2-3 weeks and come up with one fully branded concept for you.

The exact deliverables included will depend on what branding package we agreed would be best for you.

Once I’ve presented your new branding, you’ll have 2 rounds of amends included to ensure you love it.

Step Five: Off-Boarding

I’ll present all your final files in one place that you can return to easily.

These will come with documents that explain exactly what everything is for and how to use them. This will make sure you’re confident in implementing your new brand moving forward.
